How Insurance Works

Once we decide to get started with services I will send you a link to an online portal for paperwork. There you enter your insurance and payment information. After verifying your benefits I will let you know your current co-payment or co-insurance. You are responsible for keeping track if you have a high deductible plan and letting me know when the deductible is met.

If you are out of network I can supply you a super bill so that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Co-pays vary from insurance to insurance but are typically between $10-$50 per session.

If you have a high deductible plan you are responsible for the full rate of session, which varies by insurance provider, until the deductible is met.

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.”
