Get ready to take control of your life.

Jessica Fink, LPC, MA, NCC, CCTP

Giving ourselves grace to struggle, fail, and try again is vital to a person’s capability to grieve and heal. It is our ability to give ourselves space to sort things out in an authentic way that leads to our most genuine experience.

Feeling Overwhelmed, Anxious, or Stuck? You’re Not Alone.

Life can feel like a constant uphill battle—especially when the weight of stress, anxiety, or shame feels too heavy to carry. Maybe you’re a parent juggling a neurodivergent household, navigating ADHD or autism in yourself or your child, or simply trying to keep it all together when everything feels like too much. It’s exhausting, isolating, and sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, it’s never enough.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to do this alone. Therapy offers a compassionate space to unravel the chaos, process life’s challenges, and rebuild with strength and resilience.

Together, we’ll work on practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered. Whether you’re battling anxiety, depression, addiction, or the effects of trauma, there is hope. You are capable of healing and change—sometimes, all it takes is the right support to remind you of your own strength.

I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families. I’m a trained EMDR therapist and Certified Trauma Professional with experience in ADHD, addiction, abuse, grief, and more. I believe in a holistic, strengths-based approach where your story is honored, and your potential is limitless.

Reaching out is brave. Let’s take that step together. For the fastest response, please visit my website and fill out a contact form.

You deserve to feel whole again—and I’m here to help.
